We will gladly accept returns on unworn merchandise for exchange or store credit within 30 days of purchase. Used merchandise cannot be returned unless defective.
IS IT EASY TO RETURN ITEMS?
Once your return is authorized, you will receive step-by-step instructions and a prepaid shipping label via email. Domestic return labels are $10 and will be deducted from your return once processed. Shipping charges are not refundable.
WOULD YOU LIKE TO EXCHANGE AN ITEM?
If you would like to exchange an item, no problem! We want you to love your purchase! Currently, we offer exchanges via a return of your original order and store credit to place a new order for the exchange item of your choice.
HOW SOON WILL I RECEIVE MY EXCHANGE OR STORE CREDIT?
We strive to process your returns as quickly as possible once your return package has arrived at our warehouse! Once your items are inspected by our quality control team, you will receive your store credit, or your exchange will go out, typically within three business days. During our very busiest times, it may take longer due to high order volume. We thank you for your patience!

To be eligible for a return, merchandise must be new, unworn, in their original condition and purchased in the last 30 days.
RETURNING A GIFT
If you have received an item as a gift, you may exchange it for store credit. We promise not to tell! We want you to have a Mignonne Gavigan style you adore!

• Items marked FINAL SALE
• Used & worn merchandise
• Free gifts or promotional items with retail value
• Original shipping charges except in cases when we have made a shipping error
